Healthy land. Healthy food. Healthy communities.

Upward Spiral Farm

Our motto: Food independence. Community empowerment. Regenerative stewardship.

Our purpose

Your motto carries a deeper message: food is power, and communities that can grow their own food have greater independence, dignity, and resilience.

Upward Spiral Farm will work toward a future where people understand where their food comes from, learn how to produce it, and have better access to fresh vegetables, pasture raised chickens, sheep, eggs, and other nourishing foods.

Who feeds a community shapes its destiny.

Our motto is a call to reclaim practical knowledge, strengthen local food systems, and give communities a greater say in how they are nourished.

What we stand for

Our work begins with the soil and reaches outward into everyday life. Each part strengthens the next.

Food independence

Grow nourishing food closer to the people who need it and share the knowledge that makes local production possible.

Community empowerment

Create opportunities for people to learn, participate, and build confidence in their ability to feed themselves and one another.

Regenerative stewardship

Care for soil, water, animals, and biodiversity so the land becomes healthier and more productive over time.

The future we grow

From living soil to nourishing food.

Fresh vegetables, pasture raised chickens, sheep, eggs, and hands on learning can do more than fill a plate. Together, they can reconnect people to land, health, and one another.
